ESTATE OF DANIEL CARBONI, Deceased (3890/98)—The Administrator’s petition for leave to compromise a personal injury cause of action is granted. The restrictions on the letters of administration issued by this Court are removed. The administrator is authorized to collect the compromise proceeds and to execute such receipts and releases as may be required.
Counsel fees and disbursements are allowed in the sums requested.
