Investment holding company C.V. Starr & Co. has signed a new, 141,000-square-foot lease at 399 Park Ave. for its world headquarters.
C.V. Starr has rented 23,000 square feet on a portion of the 17th floor since 2005, and in November, will relocate employees from its 90,000 square feet at 90 Park Ave. The new long-term lease will be for the entire eighth and ninth floors in former Lehman Brothers space and expand the company’s presence in the building to three full floors.
