Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo is the most recent law firm to sign a long-term renewal in New York. The general practice will remain in its 85,000-square-foot space at 666 Third Ave., best known as the Chrysler East Building.

The Boston-based firm opened its New York office on the 24th and 25th floors in 2000 with six attorneys on 34,000 square feet. The firm has 76 attorneys and 54 staff members based in the current 85,000 square feet on those floors and the 16th and 32nd. In addition, the firm sublets the entire 17th floor to other businesses.
