Insurance firm Beazley USA Services will relocate its New York offices to 1270 Avenue of the Americas, adding space to support an expansion of its U.S. operations.
The company signed a 10-year lease for the entire 12th floor at the 31-story building. Beginning in January, it will occupy 17,337 square feet. The firm had been renting 4,748 square feet at 400 Madison Ave. for less than four years.
