Christine A. Bernstock is a partner in the New York office of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. Her practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including general liability, automobile liability and product liability, with an emphasis on construction accidents.
Ms. Bernstock has defended national and international companies in their capacity as owners and contractors in personal injury cases and in construction site litigation; as property owners and commercial tenants in premises litigation; and as manufacturers in product liability litigation. She has litigated cases through trial in the state and federal court systems in New York.
