Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has renewed its lease at the 58-story MetLife building, boosting its space by 35.4 percent in the process. The firm will add 68,000 square feet to the 192,000 on four floors its litigation and transaction practices have occupied at 200 Park Ave. since 1985. The new lease extends to October 2031.

Meanwhile, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan has renewed its lease at 180 Maiden Lane for 220,000 square feet, a deal that comes with options to expand.
