The Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section was the first organization in the country to be composed of in-house, law firm, government, trade association and non-profit organization attorneys practicing food and drug law.
Our section continues to be unique due to its virtually exclusive focus on federal laws (e.g., the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, Controlled Substances Act, Animal Welfare Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, and fraud and abuse and anti-kickback laws) that impact the lives of every American consumer, physician, hospital and FDA-regulated product manufacturer and distributor.
