The Triennale Design Museum signed a 15-year lease for its first U.S. location at 40 W. 53rd St. The Milan-based museum plans to open in May to coincide with the International Contemporary Furniture Fair.
The lease will encompass 18,067 square feet on four levels, and will include a 10,000-square-foot exhibition area, a 3,000-square-foot café and a 3,000-square-foot museum shop.
