Filene’s Basement has leased 22,700 square feet at 2234 Broadway, almost doubling its space on the Upper West Side.
The retailer, which is owned by the Syms Corporation, already has a store at 2220 Broadway, between 79th and 80th streets. Only a small jewelry store stands between the two locations, and the stores may be connected on the second floor.
