Levy Phillips & Konigsberg signed a new direct lease at 800 Third Ave. for 13 years.
The firm, which specializes in mesothelioma and personal injury cases, will occupy 38,000 square feet on most of the 11th and the entire 12th floors. The move marks a near 20,000 square-foot expansion from space it sublet on the 13th floor.
