A Brooklyn judge has agreed to uphold the plea agreement entered into by street artist Henry Matyjewicz—a.k.a., Poster Boy—notwithstanding that Mr. Matyjewicz was arrested two times in the three months between his plea and his next court appearance.

Supreme Court Justice Michael A. Gary (See Profile) held yesterday that because the minutes from the allocution that he had conduced “inexplicably” did not include the court’s usual condition that the defendant “stay out of trouble with the law,” the court had no choice but to honor the plea agreement.
