Three days after a Brooklyn judge ruled that two subsequent arrests were insufficient grounds to throw out a plea agreement entered into by the artist Henry Matyjewicz—a.k.a., Poster Boy—the judge has vacated the deal because of Mr. Matyjewicz’s failure to appear at sentencing.

Calling Thursday’s no-show a violation of the plea deal, Supreme Court Justice Michael A. Gary (See Profile) yesterday sentenced Mr. Matyjewicz to one year at Rikers Island.
