After two decades at the same address, Local 32BJ of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) will be moving to smaller and less expensive quarters at 620 Sixth Ave. in Chelsea from 101 Sixth Ave. in the Hudson Square neighborhood.
The local, which says its 120,000 members make it the nation’s largest property-services workers union, signed a 20-year lease with CF 620 Owner One, LLC, for 245,000 square feet, down from the 400,000 square feet it currently occupies.
