A Long Island judge has rejected a divorce petition filed by a man who claims that his wife has refused to have sex with him for nearly 12 years.

Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Robert A. Bruno ruled that the testimony of both the man and his wife, who denied refusing sexual relations, were equally credible, and that the man therefore failed to meet his burden of proof for establishing grounds for divorce.
