A new aviation and aerospace law firm has landed at 12 E. 49th St., between Fifth and Madison avenues.
Fitzpatrick & Hunt, Tucker, Collier, Pagano, Aubert, which was established by several former Mendes & Mount partners (NYLJ, May 18), signed a 15-year lease for the entire 31st floor. Two dozen staff will occupy the 16,000 square feet.
