A name partner and head of Manhattan corporate boutique Siller Wilk is leaving to join Virginia-based LeClairRyan’s New York office. Stephen I. Siller, a name partner and CEO at the 40-lawyer boutique, joined LeClairRyan on Friday as a partner in its corporate services practice. Siller Wilk separately said it would change its name to Wilk Auslander on Aug. 1 following Mr. Siller’s departure from the firm he co-founded 23 years ago.

Jack Wilk, the other name partner at Siller Wilk, said a disagreement over “the best way for the firm to grow and prosper” was behind the shake-up. “We had different philosophies about the future and the different philosophies resulted in Steve leaving,” Mr. Wilk said.
