An Ohio state court judge this past spring sued a Cleveland newspaper after the paper reported that she may have posted anonymous comments on the paper’s Web site about cases before the state court.
The lawsuit asserts privacy and other tort claims as well as breach of contract claims stemming from the paper’s alleged violation of its Web site privacy policy.
