A News in Brief item yesterday, “Use of Warrantless Search of Parolee’s Home Upheld,” misstated that the sentencing court expanded the conditions of defendant Jorge Pagan’s parole. Mr. Pagan was on probation.

An article yesterday on page 5, “Coverage for Defense Costs in Consumer Fraud Actions” by Robin Cohen, Keith McKenna and Sheri Hametz, failed to include notice that the authors represented the defendants in Liberty Mut. Ins. Co. v. Pella Corp., which was discussed in the article, and that the case is now on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. These changes are reflected on our Web site at www.nylj.com.
