Eric R. Dinallo says he believes that his career as a lawyer, prosecutor and top government regulator has been enriched by his struggle to overcome the stuttering that plagued him as a child.
Mr. Dinallo, who was ridiculed as “Porky Pig” by other children, said his experience made him sympathize with the disabled and disadvantaged—qualities that influenced his decision to run for state attorney general.
