The National Football League has scored 175,000 square feet—more than three football fields—of prime office space with a 20-year lease at 345 Park Ave., between East 51st and 52nd streets.

The NFL’s headquarters will be leaving 280 Park Ave., racking up forward progress two blocks north to 345 Park, a 44-story, 1.8-million-square-foot skyscraper owned by Rudin Management Company Inc.
