The law firm of Pryor Cashman has added 6,083 square feet to the 100,000 it has occupied at Seven Times Square since last year. The 47-story skyscraper, knows as Times Square Tower, has panoramic views and more than 1.24 million rentable square feet. It is owned by affiliates of Boston Properties.

Pryor Cashman took a 15-year lease that began in November 2008. In July 2009, it left 410 Park Ave. for the glass and steel tower at Times Square, which is bordered by Broadway and Seventh Avenue and 41st and 42nd streets.
