The trustee handling the bankruptcy of Bernard Madoff’s investment firm sued former Milberg Weiss partners Melvyn Weiss and David Bershad on Wednesday to recoup what he said was $20.4 million in false profits the lawyers made by investing in Mr. Madoff’s Ponzi scheme.
