ALBANY – Court administrators yesterday asked the Legislature and Governor-Elect Andrew M. Cuomo to spend just over $2.7 billion on the Judiciary in the state fiscal year beginning April 1, 2011.

The request is more than $50 million, or 1.7 percent, higher than the court system projects it will spend in the current fiscal year.
