Mark S. Mulholland has been selected as managing partner of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek. He has served as co-managing partner of the firm with Douglas A. Cooper since 2006. Mr. Cooper will continue to serve as a member of the management committee. Also, Ruskin Moscou partner Jeffrey M. Schlossberg has been appointed to the northeast regional board of Canine Companions for Independence, a non-profit organization that provides assistance dogs for the disabled.
