A partner in Dewey & LeBoeuf’s London office filed papers Monday in Manhattan federal court to obtain documents related to the law firm’s compensation practices to support her claims in a gender discrimination action in the United Kingdom.
Marija J. Danilunas, who co-chairs Dewey’s information technology and intellectual property transactional practice group, is seeking access to information on the firm’s policies and procedures related to its compensation system, according to court papers filed in the Southern District. The documents would be used in a London trial scheduled for February before a U.K. employment tribunal, the court papers said.
