Following a long line of departures this year from Howrey, three New York partners have left the firm to join Sidley Austin, including the co-chair of its litigation practice.
Partners Gary Bendinger, Gregory Ballard and Kevin Burke started at Sidley Austin on Friday, a spokeswoman for the firm confirmed. Mr. Bendinger had been the co-chair of litigation for Washington, D.C.-based Howrey, and both he and Mr. Ballard had been members of Howrey’s management committee.
