Henry M. Greenberg, counsel to Andrew M. Cuomo as attorney general during the last four years, has joined Green-berg Traurig as a share-holder in Al-bany. Greenberg Traurig said Mr. Greenberg’s practice will focus on civil litigation, criminal and civil investigations, health care and regulatory and administrative law. It is Mr. Greenberg’s second stint at the law firm, where he was also a shareholder from 2004-06.
