Ex-college roommates who claimed a teacher rigged charges of academic cheating in retaliation for one of them spurning her advances have had their lawsuit revived.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit yesterday said a lower court was wrong to dismiss the claims of former students Daniel Papelino and Michael Yu, who alleged they were hauled before a school disciplinary board and accused of cheating based on the accusations made by Professor Deanne Nowak.
