Making the most out of less space Ladas & Parry, an international intellectual property law firm, recently moved into new offices at 1040 Sixth Avenue, at the corner of 39th Street. The law firm relocated from 26 W. 61st St., where it had been a tenant for almost three decades.

Ladas & Parry’s new 15-year lease covers 24,000 square feet, the entire fifth and sixth floors, of Skyline Developers’ 300,000-square-foot Art Deco Sixth Avenue building near Bryant Park. The law firm’s former space was almost double that size but fragmented over seven floors.
