After moving from one subleased office to another since coming to New York six years ago, the Texas firm of Haynes and Boone will put down more permanent Big Apple roots in much roomier quarters.

The firm has signed a 15-year lease for 74,600 square feet, the entire 25th and 26th floors at the 70-story 30 Rockefeller Center. That will more than double the 35,000 square feet it occupies in the McGraw-Hill Building at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.
