Chadbourne & Parke has bolstered its litigation practice with the addition of two partners: M. Scott Peeler and Jeffrey Wasserman. Mr. Peeler, who was a partner at Arent Fox, focuses on white collar litigation and government investigations, including health care fraud and abuse, money laundering, securities and tax violations. Mr. Wasserman, 36, who was a partner at Bracewell & Giuliani, returns to Chadbourne, where he previously served as an associate. He concentrates on complex commercial litigation with a focus on cross-border disputes and other transactions.

Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge has added two attorneys in its insurance and reinsurance department. Patrick J. Gennardo has joined the firm as a partner and will spearhead the department’s new dispute resolution—insurance and reinsurance industry group. Joining with him is Franklin G. Monsour Jr., who will be counsel in the new practice group. Both lawyers were with Hogan Lovells.
