Jack L. Libert has rejoined Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana in Uniondale as counsel in the real estate department. His area of concentration is co-op and condominium offerings, finance, administrative law, zoning law, land use planning and related litigation. He was a founding partner in D’Amato, Forchelli, Libert, Schwartz and Mineo.
Michael Rubin has joined Goldberg Segalla as special counsel in Syracuse. Formerly with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass, he concentrates on complex and high exposure personal injury actions involving construction, the New York Labor Law, wrongful death, premises liability, lead exposure and environmental claims.
