CHADBOURNE & PARKE (New York): Scott Peeler and Jeffrey Wasserman join the firm’s litigation practice as partners in New York. Peeler will focus on white-­collar litigation and government investigations. Wasserman will focus on complex commercial litigation and cross-­border disputes. Previously, Peeler was a partner at Arent Fox and Wasserman was a partner at Bracewell & Giuliani.

HUNTON & WILLIAMS (Richmond, Va.): Gregory Lang and Michael Madden join the firm’s energy and project finance practice as partners in the New York office. Lang will focus on representing clients in the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects. Madden will focus on complex structures relating to constructing, financing, and acquiring and disposing of power, natural gas and other energy assets. Previously, both were partners at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge.
