Theodora Richards was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana, making graffiti and possession of a graffiti instrument. She was awaiting arraignment in Manhattan criminal court. Officers on patrol said they noticed the 25-year-old model painting the letters “T-N-A” on the side of a building in the swank SoHo section of Manhattan on Tuesday around 10:45 p.m.
When they arrested her, they found a small amount of marijuana and a paint marker, police said.
