Litigation firm McKool Smith has relocated to One Bryant Park, where it has tripled its space by subletting the entire 47th floor from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.

Texas-based McKool opened its New York office at 399 Park Ave. in late 2007 with only one attorney on a 10,000-square-foot portion of a floor subleased from WilmerHale. It has now relocated 20 attorneys and 16 staff members to Bryant Park, where it has a 15-year deal.
