LOS ANGELES – Terry Christensen, the lawyer who was convicted last year on charges related to wiretapping his opponent in a high-profile child support case, has replaced the attorneys handling his appeal.
Christensen, the former managing partner of what is now Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs & Shapiro, was sentenced last fall to three years in federal prison. A federal jury convicted him on charges that he hired private investigator Anthony Pellicano to wiretap the ex-wife of his client, billionaire Kirk Kerkorian, in a child support case.
