Shifting of office space and personnel made sense economically for the law firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, which signed a 17-year lease for 37,000 square feet, an entire fourth floor, at 125 Broad St., in the financial district between South and Water streets.

The law firm’s midtown offices at 150 E. 42nd St., a property of Hiro Real Estate Co., will be redesigned to “enhance efficiency” and “to reduce occupancy costs,” said Robert F. Roarke, managing partner for Wilson Elser’s New York metro region.
