The law firm of Steptoe & Johnson has signed a 15-year lease for 32,285 square feet at the Grace Building, or 1114 Avenue of the Americas, between 42nd and 43rd streets. The firm, whose largest office is in Washington, D.C., will relocate its New York offices from 750 Seventh Ave., where it has been a tenant since opening its office here in 2005.

Steptoe took the entire 35th floor of the 49-story, class-A Sixth Avenue building, which has more than 1.5 million square feet and belongs to Brookfield Office Properties. The firm expects to occupy the new space during the third quarter.
