Inconsistent police testimony and a lack of reasonable suspicion has led a federal judge to suppress a gun allegedly seized from a man in the Bronx following a 911 call about possible gang activity.

Southern District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald said police failed to show they had reasonable suspicion to stop 25-year-old Lamont Kareem Jackson near a bus shelter on the afternoon of Aug. 8, 2010.
