British Airways has relocated its head offices for the Americas to 2 Park Ave. from Queens. The airline departed the Bulova Corporate Center, at 72-20 Astoria Blvd., where it had been an anchor tenant since 1987. Before that, the airline’s offices were located at 245 Park Ave.
The international carrier signed a 10-year lease for nearly 46,200 square feet, the entire 11th floor, of the 29-story Park Avenue office building, between East 32nd and East 33rd streets. PPF OFF 2 Park Avenue Owner, an affiliate of Morgan Stanley, is the owner of the 1-million-square-foot New York City landmark building.
