President Barack Obama continues to feed nominees into the pipeline to fill the largest number of vacant seats in the Southern District of New York since the mid-1990s.
The White House today sent to the U.S. Senate the names of two candidates for the bench in lower Manhattan: Katherine B. Forrest, a deputy assistant U.S. attorney general in the Justice Department’s antitrust division, and Edgardo Ramos, a partner at Day Pitney.
