Duane Morris has appointed partner Michael Grohman as managing partner of the firm’s New York office.With more than 100 attorneys, the New York office is the second largest for the Philadelphia-based 700-plus lawyer firm.
Mr. Grohman succeeds Robert Hasday, who served in that role since the Manhattan office opened in 1994 with just two attorneys. Mr. Hasday will continue his corporate practice, mostly representing banking industry clients.
