Stephen P. Younger has named two of his predecessors as New York State Bar Association president to judicial screening panels for the four Appellate Division departments. Bernice K. Leber of Arent Fox in Manhattan has been selected to the screening panel for the First Department and A. Vincent Buzard of Harris Beach in Pittsford will review candidates for the Fourth Department, Mr. Younger announced yesterday.
In addition, Mr. Younger has named Manuel A. Romero of Manuel A. Romero, P.C., in Brooklyn to the Second Department panel and Hermes Fernandez of Bond, Schoeneck & King to the Third Department panel.
