Houston-based Hines has sold a 34-story 600,000-square-foot office tower at 750 Seventh Ave. to Fosterlane Management Corporation for $485 million.
The deal marks the return to the Manhattan market of Fosterlane, the real estate investment arm of the Kuwait Investment Authority, which had sold most of its New York properties between 2004 and 2007.
