ALBANY – Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman said yesterday he will bypass restrictions against his pursuit of many cases of criminal corruption by public officials in New York with the help of the state comptroller.
Mr. Schneiderman said he and Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli have agreed to work together to investigate instances of possible misuse of public funds.
