Holland & Knight has added two partners in New York: Bruce MacLennan and Donovan Warner Burke.
Mr. MacLennan, who has joined the international and cross border transactions practice, focuses on complex cross-border business transactions, with emphasis on the structuring and administration of private equity and venture capital funds, primarily relating to technology. He was with a partner with Herrick, Feinstein.
