Media kingpin Condé Nast Publication Inc. has agreed to lease 1 million square feet at One World Trade Center (1 WTC), adjacent to Ground Zero, in a deal that could change the face of downtown. The magazine publisher will be relocating its headquarters from Four Times Square where it has been a tenant for more than a decade.
“A move to One World Trade Center would be a catalyst for helping transform downtown, similar to our positive impact in Times Square,” John Bellando, Condé Nast chief financial officer and chief operating officer, said in a statement.
