• Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky has launched its advertising, marketing and promotions department with the addition of five lawyers from The Lustigman Firm. Andrew B. Lustigman, who will head the new practice, joins as a partner. He represents direct marketers, advertisers, media and Internet companies in all aspects of their advertising and promotional marketing business. Scott A. Shaffer and Adam Z. Solomon also join Olshan as partners, while Sheldon S. Lustigman and Jonathan I. Ezor join as of counsel.
• Alon Harnoy has joined Shiboleth as a partner and will head its new mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Harnoy, who was with Schulte Roth & Zabel, represents private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
