The team represents creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcies, including the resolution of disputes with large money-center banks.

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has added Ian Schwartz as a corporate partner in the asset management/private equity funds group. Mr. Schwartz, who was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, focuses on the formation and operation of private equity funds.
