A second law firm has leased office space at the newly built 11 Times Square. Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman has signed a nine-year lease for 17,144 square feet, a partial 15th floor, at the 40-story state-of-the-art tower. The firm plans to occupy the space in September.

SJP Properties completed construction of the 1.1-million-square-foot Times Square building, at Eighth Avenue between 41st and 42nd streets, about six months ago. Last year, Proskauer Rose, the tower’s first tenant, leased 400,000 square feet (NYLJ, May 19, 2010).
